  • What is happening to my charges for BT Sport?
    • Charges for BT Sport will continue to be suspended until the end of July, excluding sectors who were not forcibly closed by the government as part of the Covid-19 emergency or re-opened before 4th July. These customers have been notified and their charges will resume at an earlier date.
  • When will charges resume for BT Sport?
    • Charges will resume on 1st August. You will be notified via SMS, email or phone two weeks before charges resume.
  • What is the Back to Business offer?
    • This is a very rich offer for our existing BT Sport customer to acknowledge the special circumstances of the Covid-19 emergency and help our customers to make the most of BT Sport and get back to business as soon as possible.
  • What happens if I don’t want to take the Back to Business offer?
    • Charges will continue to be suspended until the 1st August. From 1st August, charges will resume in line with your current price and contract and you will miss the opportunity to receive the Back to Business offer.
  • When do I need to re-contract by in order to take the Back to Business offer?
    • You must re contract by 1st August to receive the Back to Business Offer.
  • How do I get the Back to Business offer?

  • I want to cancel my BT Sport Subscription.
    • If you are outside the minimum term of your contract, you can cancel via BAU processes.
    • If you are within the minimum term of your contract you can cancel via BAU processes but you will be held to term and will need to pay Early Termination Charges as per your contract with BT Sport.
  • The government has announced that my venue can open from July but I have decided not to open my premises, will I be charged?
    • We appreciate that everyone has different circumstances during this difficult time. Please call us to discuss your options.
  • My premise is in Wales and the government has mandated that my pub remains closed. What is the policy?
    • Whilst the government mandates that pubs in Wales remain closed, we will continue to suspend charges, but you must let us know so we can do so. Once the government announces that your venue can re-open you need to contact us to discuss your options.
  • I am not a pub or a Restaurant and the government has mandated that my venue remains closed, will I be charged?
    • Whilst the government mandates that your venue remains closed, we will continue to suspend your charges, but you must let us know so we can do so. Once the government announces that your venue can re-open you need to contact us to discuss your options.
